Terms & Conditions — Quick Switch

Last updated: 7 June 2026

Draft — this is a starting template prepared by TriCode Studio. Quick Switch did not have a separately published Terms page on Google Play at the time of writing. Please review and adjust before treating it as final.

By downloading, installing or using Quick Switch : Smart Share (the “App”), published by TriCode Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Licence to use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. What you may not do

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative versions of the App, or any part of it.
  • Attempt to extract, decompile, or reverse-engineer the source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or trademarks.
  • Use the App to transfer content you do not own or have no right to share, or in any unlawful way.

3. Your content and transfers

Quick Switch helps you transfer your own files and data between devices over a local connection. You are responsible for the content you transfer and for ensuring you have the right to copy it. Transfers occur directly between devices; we do not receive, store, or have access to the content you move. We recommend keeping your own backups, as we are not responsible for any data that fails to transfer or is lost during the process.

4. Advertising

The App is free and supported by third-party advertising (including Google AdMob). Your use of the App is also subject to the policies of those ad providers. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies, including Google Play services and advertising SDKs. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every transfer will complete successfully.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriCode Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Updates & availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. Some updates may be required for the App to continue working. We may also stop providing the App without prior notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
