Terms & Conditions — Dream Up
By downloading, installing or using Dream Up - AI Art Generator (the “App”), published by TriCode Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, or create derivative versions of the App itself, or any part of it.
- Attempt to extract, decompile, or reverse-engineer the source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or trademarks.
- Use the App in any unlawful way or in breach of these terms.
3. Acceptable use of AI generation
Dream Up generates images from the prompts you provide. You agree not to use the App to create content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates the rights of others. We may decline to generate, or may filter, prompts and content that breach these rules or the policies of our AI providers.
4. Your prompts and generated content
You are responsible for the prompts you enter and how you use the images you generate. Prompts may be processed by our AI service providers solely to produce your requested content, as described in our Privacy Policy. Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, you may use the images you generate for personal purposes; you are responsible for ensuring such use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. Advertising and in-app purchases
The App is free and supported by third-party advertising (including Google AdMob) and may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features or additional generations. All payments are processed by Google Play (or the relevant app store) and are subject to that store’s terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled through the store.
6. Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies, including Google Play services, advertising SDKs, and AI image-generation providers. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not to your liking, and we do not warrant any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriCode Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any content generated with it.
9. Updates & availability
We may update, change, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. Some updates may be required for the App to continue working. We may also stop providing the App without prior notice.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
