Delete your DreamUp account and data
DreamUp: AI Photoshoot & Art is made by TriCode Studio. You can delete your DreamUp account, and the data stored with it, in the app or by email.
1 In the app
- Open DreamUp and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (the gear).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Delete Account appears when you are signed in with Google. Your account and its data are deleted straight away.
2 Without the app
Email us from the address of the Google account you used in DreamUp, with the subject “Delete my DreamUp account”. We delete your account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

- Your sign-in account
- Your profile: name, email address and profile-photo link
- Your credit balance and credit history
What is kept, and why
- Google Play purchase records (the purchase token of each purchase), so the same purchase can’t be credited twice, and for accounting and legal obligations.
- Ratings and reports you sent about images. They aren’t linked to your account; email us to have yours deleted.
Good to know
- Deleting your account doesn’t refund unused credits or cancel a subscription. Manage subscriptions in Google Play.
- Images you made stay on your phone until you delete them in the app or uninstall it.
- If you never signed in, your DreamUp account is anonymous and isn’t linked to your name or email.
